Mrs. Jacqueline Lewis serves as an Instructional Technology Specialist at Old Dominion University within the Center for Learning and Teaching. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Broadcast Journalism from Hampton University, followed by a Master of Arts degree in Media Management and Administration from Norfolk State University, and a Graduate Certificate in Professional Writing from Old Dominion University. Her professional background spans the areas of broadcast engineering, public relations, and digital media management. With over a decade of experience, Jacqueline has served the ODU community in several capacities within the areas of broadcasting support, continuity of operations, faculty workshop facilitation, and online course development and support.
Her current research interests include digital media, online video management, and instructional technology. Today, she continues to present at various conferences on the importance of video design and online content delivery.
